- My strengths & weaknesses and what I can & can’t control
- My opportunities and what my next step is
- My long-term desires and why they’re important to me
What is your current personal development focus?
- Changing my current situation.
- Living true to myself.
- Achieving specific goals.
What drives you the most?
- Avoiding Pain
- Discovering the Unknown
- Reducing Uncertainty
Add up the number of A, B and C answers. For instance, if you had 3 “B” answers and 1 “C” answer, your primary style is journey-focused. Most people have more than one style, though one often dominates. The next step explains each style.
